This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications ("Games") developed and published by ALper Uysal, including Perion, Tenzen, and any future titles. By downloading or using any of these Games, you agree to this policy.
Our Games are designed to respect your privacy. We collect minimal data:
We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to any third parties.
Some Games offer optional, reward-based video ads (for example, in exchange for an extra life or a bonus) through a third-party ad mediation network. To show relevant ads, this network may request permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to access your device's advertising identifier. You can allow or deny this at any time in your device's Settings. Declining tracking does not prevent you from playing the Games or watching ads — ads will simply be less personalized. We do not control what these third-party ad networks do with the data they collect; please refer to their own privacy policies for details.
Some Games offer optional in-app purchases (such as cosmetic items or in-game currency), processed securely through Apple's App Store and managed with the help of a third-party purchase-management service. This service may receive purchase and device information necessary to verify and deliver your purchase. We do not receive or store your payment details (such as card numbers) — these are handled entirely by Apple.
Some Games support Apple's Game Center for leaderboards. If you choose to sign in to Game Center, your gameplay scores may be shared with Apple's Game Center service according to Apple's own privacy policy. We do not separately collect, store, or have access to any Game Center data ourselves.
Some Games use pre-recorded audio clips generated with ElevenLabs (elevenlabs.io) for in-game voice announcements, as well as your device's built-in text-to-speech engine. These audio files are bundled with the app or generated locally on-device and played back locally. No audio is recorded from your device's microphone.
Our Games do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
All game data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers that store your personal data.
You can delete all locally stored game data at any time by uninstalling the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when new features are introduced in future updates. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Games after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
